🧘 Hybrid Dharma "Quick Start" Checklist

1. Hardware & Routing

•  RODECaster: Ensure it's the primary input. (Your "Theater Voice" check).

•  Meeting Owl 3: Verify as the Audio Monitor (Room Speaker).

•  The TV: Confirm it’s showing the guest's face (but muted to avoid the Owl echo).

2. The "Amy Voice" Rescue (Ecamm Filters)

•  AUHighPassFilter: Set to 100Hz.

•  AUGraphicEQ: Apply the "Warmth & Clarity" Preset.

  • Quick Look: Mud cut (-20dB), Warmth nudge (+3dB at 250Hz), Clarity nudge (+2dB at 2.5kHz).

•  AUPeakLimiter: Set to +10dB Pre-gain | 2ms Attack | 40ms Release.

3. The Human Element

•  The Phone Check: Gently confirm the guest's phone is on "Do Not Disturb" (avoiding the "surprise notification" cameo).

•  Audio Levels: Have the guest talk for 10 seconds to ensure the +10dB boost isn't hitting red on your Ecamm meters.

4. The Transitions (Stream Deck)

•  Scene 1 (Live): YouTube/Ecamm active; Guest audio routed to the Owl.

•  Scene 2 (Q&A): Stop Stream. Flip to the Owl's 360° mics for the private circle.

Pro-Tip: If the room sounds "boxy" or echoey during the talk, give the 125Hz–160Hz faders on the Graphic EQ a tiny nudge down.
